Widerrufsrecht

Sie haben das Recht, binnen vierzehn Tagen ohne Angabe von Gründen diesen Vertrag zu widerrufen.

Die Widerrufsfrist beträgt vierzehn Tage ab dem Tag des Vertragsabschlusses.

Um Ihr Widerrufsrecht auszuüben, müssen Sie uns mittels einer eindeutigen Erklärung (z.B. ein mit der Post versandter Brief oder E-Mail) über Ihren Entschluss, diesen Vertrag zu widerrufen, informieren. Sie können dafür eine E-Mail an die unten angegebene Adresse senden.

Folgen des Widerrufs

Wenn Sie diesen Vertrag widerrufen, haben wir Ihnen alle Zahlungen, die wir von Ihnen erhalten haben, unverzüglich und spätestens binnen vierzehn Tagen ab dem Tag zurückzuzahlen, an dem die Mitteilung über Ihren Widerruf dieses Vertrags bei uns eingegangen ist.

Besondere Hinweise — Digitale Inhalte

Vorzeitiges Erlöschen des Widerrufsrechts gemäß § 356 Abs. 5 BGB:

Das Widerrufsrecht erlischt bei einem Vertrag über die Lieferung von nicht auf einem körperlichen Datenträger befindlichen digitalen Inhalten, wenn der Unternehmer mit der Ausführung des Vertrags begonnen hat, nachdem der Verbraucher

ausdrücklich zugestimmt hat, dass der Unternehmer mit der Ausführung des Vertrags vor Ablauf der Widerrufsfrist beginnt, und
seine Kenntnis davon bestätigt hat, dass er durch seine Zustimmung mit Beginn der Ausführung des Vertrags sein Widerrufsrecht verliert.

Bei 1of10 wird diese Zustimmung vor jedem Kauf durch ein Pflichtfeld (Checkbox) im Checkout eingeholt. Mit Beginn des Downloads erlischt das Widerrufsrecht.

Bestätigung auf dauerhaftem Datenträger (§ 312f Abs. 3 BGB)

Die Bestätigung des Vertragsschlusses einschließlich der Erklärung des Verbrauchers über den Verlust des Widerrufsrechts wird in der Bestellbestätigungs-E-Mail dokumentiert.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

Special Note — Digital Content

Early expiry of the right of withdrawal for digital content (§ 356 (5) BGB):

The right of withdrawal expires for contracts for the supply of digital content not on a tangible medium if the trader has begun performance of the contract after the consumer has:

expressly consented to the trader beginning performance before the expiry of the withdrawal period, and
acknowledged that they lose their right of withdrawal upon the beginning of the performance of the contract.

At 1of10, this consent is obtained before every purchase through a mandatory checkbox at checkout. The right of withdrawal expires once the download begins.

Confirmation on Durable Medium (§ 312f (3) BGB)

Confirmation of the contract conclusion, including the consumer's declaration regarding the loss of the right of withdrawal, is documented in the order confirmation email.

All Sales Final (Non-EU Customers)

For customers outside the European Union: all sales of digital downloads are final. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that digital products cannot be returned or refunded once the download has been made available to you. We apply the EU-standard withdrawal consent process globally as best practice.
